Dimitrios Christaras from the Research Department of the Athens Eye Hospital was invited by the South-East European Ophthalmological Society (SEEOS) to present his work at Society’s annual meeting in Pristina, Kosovo on a new optical instrument to measure macular pigment optical density.
Dr. Dimitrios Christaras was awarded a travel award by the South-East European Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) at the Association’s meeting that took place in Vancouver, Canada.
The head of Department of Research was invited to give a lecture at the University of Riga, organised by the local SPIE student chapter.
