Profile

Despoina Theotoka graduated with high honors from the medical school of Pavol Jozef Safarik University. After graduating from medical school, she further cultivated her strong interest in the field, spending time in clinical research studying Optics in Athens Eye Hospital. She is currently gaining a Master of Science in “Vision Science and Investigative Ophthalmology” and she is a Cornea and External Disease research fellow at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami.
